We may disclose this information to Insurance Providers, Vendors, Government Agencies, and Specifically Authorized Representatives for business purposes. We do not share this information for advertising purposes.
Protected Classification Characteristics: We collect information about age, gender, citizenship, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy, or childbirth and related medical conditions). We may disclose this information to Insurance Providers, Vendors, Government Agencies, and Specifically Authorized Representatives for business purposes. We do not share this information for advertising purposes.
Sensitive Personal Data: We collect sensitive personal data including government-issued identification numbers, financial account log-in information, financial account, debit card, or credit card numbers in combination with any required security or access codes, passwords, or credentials allowing access to such accounts, contents of emails or text messages, health data, mental or physical health conditions or diagnoses, citizenship, or immigration status. We may disclose this information to Insurance Providers, Vendors, Government Agencies, and Specifically Authorized Representatives for business purposes. We do not share this information for advertising purposes.
Commercial Information: We collect records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies. We may disclose this information to Insurance Providers, Vendors, Government Agencies, and Specifically Authorized Representatives for business purposes. We do not share this information for advertising purposes.
Biometric Information: We collect biometric information such as vital signs, labs, or test results. We may disclose this information to Insurance Providers, Vendors, Government Agencies, and Specifically Authorized Representatives for business purposes. We do not share this information for advertising purposes.
Internet and Network Activity: We do not currently collect browsing history, search history, or information about consumer interactions with websites, applications, or advertisements.
Geolocation Data: We do not currently collect physical location or movement data.
Sensory Data: We do not currently collect audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.
Professional or Employment-Related Information: We do not currently collect job history or performance evaluations.
Education Information: We do not collect education records subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.
Inferences: We do not currently create profiles reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
We will retain the foregoing categories of PI consistent with our internal record-retention policies and for as long as is necessary to provide products and services to you or as required by law.
PI does not include:

Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) or clinical trial data
